District 13 is a member of the United States Power Squadrons, comprising of 14 squadrons located in Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Japan. Our members sail the waters of Lake Mead, the Colorado River, Lake Arrowhead, the Pacific Ocean from Costa Oro to Long Beach, including the Channel Islands, Pearl Harbour and Tokyo Bay.

If you are a boating enthusiast, or want to be, this is the organization for you.

Take a boating course For both new and experienced boaters.

Get a vessel safety check - This free safety check helps ensure fun-filled outings on your boat.

Become a member Participate in educational and social activities, both on-the-water and ashore, throughout the year.

To Promote recreational boating skills and boating safety through education, hands-on training, and civic activities while providing fellowship for members.
